Help with level 5

This was my first complete skim job, and I'm struggling to remove the lines created by my knife. This wall wasn't completed yet so ignore the marks on the upper right corner. But any advice would be immensely helpful as I'm trying to better my skim coats and produce smooth, glass-like finishes.
