Todd Miller, General Contractor is a complete fraud. Never in my life have I been screwed over by someone so hard. He is an absolute disgrace and complete scumbag.
One option to consider is contacting a TV station to share your experience and get your story out there. It could help you get your money back. Alternatively, you could seek legal advice from a lawyer.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of people like that now. And there's nothing you can do about it. Only one of them will be put behind bars as soon as there are others in their place, and they have learned from the bitter experience of previous crooks. I also had a bitter experience with investing in the construction of my house. So now after 8 years I continue to live and rent a house.
