    Ok i just got a call from a warehouse for framing and hanging 2 walls 200' long x 30'.high i normally dont do jobs this high. My question is what lenghts do the heavy gauge metal studs come in?

    Anyone ever had metal that just does not nail on for sh.. I keep finding myself pinching it shut a bit before putting it on. This makes a hollow corner not good I am not pleased with this problem :mad: I think I got a bad batch what do you boys think about this? The metal seems to get thinner...

    Well the metal corner bead the homeowner had came in handy after all. I asked him to get some "shiny 90" as we call the metal angle and he got the heavier gauge that wont take screws. He had this metal corner bead so we put it to good use.
