    I do this all the time, but I figured out a little trick. Have your pole sander leaned up against a wall, and if you drop your sponge, grab your sander and put the paper side on the floor beside your sponge, nudge your sponge the back of the sander and balance it up, its quite easy to do it.:)

    I test ran a electric drywall sander from porter cable about 7-8 years ago, the thing was like trying to hang onto a rabid animal, was heavy, and even on the lowest setting, with 220grit, it left swirl marks no matter how gently I ran it. Everyone I talked to at the time had the same complaints...

    my flex sander is too stiff, when i sand 2.7 ceilings i have to use a bucket because the head of it wont really bend, any ideas? also when sanding i notice it always leaves light scuff marks i use a 220 grit yellow disk sand paper .

    I bought a radius 360 sander with the trigon attachment, the corners get bent fast then leave a line, and the foam is breaking up..They need to be more durable..Does anyone else have this problem....
