Question

Union square foot rates??

Hello all!

I was wondering if someone may know what the average square foot cost is for a union job? (Finishing only) I know every job is different, lets just say you are bidding on a office build out- 20 offices typical 9' standup and tear away bead at top.

Re: Union square foot rates??

^Would be more per foot for commercial than residential.

To charge residential rate on a commercial job wouldn't be wise because there's a lot less density to commercial mostly wall area.

Tear away bead at top? Does that mean L-edge trim where it meets t-bar? If that's the case, that's a fair bit more work involved.
