Bagels


Had to pick up a set of drawings today..so i figured, kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone. drop in on a couple of GC's I been tryin to get work from. stopped and purchased bagels first. When i walked into their offices, they looked annoyed, but when i said 'hey ,i brought you guys some bagels ! ' The entire demeanor changed..super friendly and receptive...
I will add a bagel allowance to my marketing budget.
What strategies do u guys use ?
