Hello, My name is Kevin Luce but everyone calls me Seepa or Seepaluce. I am a licensed home inspector in the state of Indiana. Even though licensing only occurred 3 years ago, I have been doing this for a little over a decade. Before that I have been in the trades (nothing to due with drywall).
I'm always looking at learning from the guys that do this type of work full time. I am planning on sitting back and just keep reading what you guys have to say but if you don't mind me asking a question once in a while I appreciate it. Just a note: I consider a professional somebody that can do the work in a timely manor, make it look easy to do and use as little material needed to do the job correctly. When it comes to drywalling, I do not posses any of these qualities.
