Works good.

Seems to be really quick too but then the traffic here is not that heavy (yet)

Yea, I have all the sites on one server so this one had to be moved at the same time as the others. We will get there with this site though... trust me!

Re: testing out the new server

I don't know too much about hosting. I was a J2EE programmer (Java).

Somebody else had to worry about load balancing and fail over.

I believe that was taken care of in one of the deployment descriptors instead of code.

But like i said your site seems to be really fast. I wouldn't change the set up too much since it ain't broke.

Re: testing out the new server

Well, we are on the new server now so I think things will be good from here on out. The problem with the other host was that we were overloading them with traffic and our server crashed 6 times in 2 months which is not good. One outage was for 5 hours!

Anyways, all should be good now. Thanks!

dont mean to be rude,

but WTF you doing in drywall? unless you own your own business, theres no career in drywall, especially now.

stick to the technology sector....you sound like you know what youre talking about (it seems).

no kiddin bob you should be on techtalk not drywalltalk i didn't think your american economy was that bad that someone with your technology experience would be dabbling in the drywall sector.
