Some functions that need fixing on this new site

While I assume Nathan has his hands full tweeking this "new look" DWT, here are a few things I have noticed that need fixing:

Products - Cant locate without major sleauthing a few earlier products by Columbia. I tried to post a review but got some sort of error pop up all 3 times. Pity that Aaron posted these pproducts now nobody can find them

Tags - I mentioned this earlier. Difficulkt as hell to find anything when searching by tags now (It was working just fine a week ago) I also notice that every time you add a new topic the tag function will default certain words and tag them, BAD IDEA. Some of the words simply dont relate to use in a tag search - get rid of that.

Who is online - Still available in a roundabout way but certainly not as good as before.

Anyways this is a start guys, maybe you have some more and we can help Nathan with some of the things we see as important to fix, to make DWT right.

Yeah finally figured out how you found the product - not easy.

Then I tried once again to give a review for the 10 inch columbia fat boy. NO GO - It just wont allow me to. Shame cause it is a good product and deserves a good review.

The search feature is worse than it was before.

I also for some reason could not add an attachment until I made my post and then did it in an edit. Hope it was a glitch.

I stand corrected, I just hit "New Posts" and it returned absolutely nothing , why the hell can't we have "Todays Posts" when people not logged on can

It seems to working ok for me?? It all comes up, I think??

Heres how i use DWT, Go new posts, And read from where i left off what threads interest me, But then when im done reading a tread i try to go back to new posts page by clicking the back button, This dosent always work, Sometime i need to click many times, Then it goes back to far

Yeah nah, you still don't get the full days posts, only new ones. If there are no new unread ones then it has a "click here" function to view the previous 24hrs posts, which is what I want but it doesnt give that option if there has been a new post. Makes you wonder what they are thinking launching the new format without testing it, if it scares us away then they make less money, we are like a non paying customer......Oh man I'm a freeloader?

What is a blog anywho..I don't have 20 post yet to try it out to see for myself..Don't laugh at me for not knowing. Before DWT I could'nt turn the pc on.

We are working on search in that area. Also, the error your seeing is a glitch. Give us some time to fix it.

We are working on tags too. I agree. It will change.

That's a good point. I need to add it to another navigation area. I'll think through where.

I'm as thick as 2 short planks and from the dark ages too , I've never read a blog to know what they are but I'm guessing it's where people write down all the crap in their heads that doesn't (or shouldn't) make it out their mouth, is there any young people out there that can help us old farts, do the letters B.L.O.G mean anything or is it just BLOG?
