moderators

Nathan,
we need a couple of moderators on here.
Maybe give em rights to block the spammers from posting and so forth.
any other suggestions would be helpful
Here is my suggestion if they are willing.

Darren@Partners CustomServices, Whitey 97, or Silverstilts

Re: moderators

Yes it is very irritating looking for some new threads and only finding some B.S , I wish with the all the spam that goes on i could just with hit the delete button and it would be gone ..... so someone should step up and follow thru ..... it certainly would make this site more enjoyable and perhaps others would be more inclined to join in , I know there have been many topics discussed some are perhaps more interesting and more enlighting than others , but the fact is there is always someone out there that will learn something new and that is what this forum is all about , and yes there are other topics out there we would all like to see disappear and yet reappear , must be a reason , there are new members each week and so that is one reason topics may reappear , can't always go back and read every last post it would be next to impossible ... there are always different angles & views to look at different topics.... therefore one reason for the same old same old reappearing...

Re: moderators

Good idea but difficult to do.

Nathan's is an overall business perspective that most of us won't understand. We have our own interests and focus on what we like. Letting the user's decide what is on the site would only diminish it's overall appeal. This way's it's free flowing and grows in the direction of greatest interest.

A central moderator is more balanced and protects the common interests of the greatest number of members.

Sure it's a pain to see the nonsense that sometimes enters the site but with everything the forum offers, it's a small price for the benefits.

I think the forum is being managed in the most efficient manner possible.

Re: moderators

Spam sucks... I hate it and everyone hates it. Unfortunately there are armies of people in India and China who get paid to do this day and night. There are also 100's of thousands of "Spambots" which are computers that are programed to auto register and post junk. It's a constant war.
I'm planning on adding one or two moderators to this site. Frankly, I've just been tied up on some things but I know this needs to happen.

Feel free to throw out names if you have suggsetions.

Sorry for the issues.

Re: moderators
