Traveling for the holidays?

I'm happy to say that my extended family is coming to me this year instead of my family having to travel to them. Nearly everyone in my family lives in Virginia and we are the outcasts who moved to Texas.

Anyways, how are you spending the holidays?

A little late... but hey! Most of my family is here in town. My wife and I had Christmas 4 or 5 times with different parts of our family... LOL

Yea, it took me a while to get the site set up the way I wanted it to be before we launched. Hopefully now we can get going!

Re: Traveling for the holidays?

We spent Thanksgiving trying to cook everything in a microwave and/or electric skillet since our range is not wired to the breaker panel yet. We moved into a trailer(awwchristyeah) due to sudden loss of address and lets just say it may as well be a metal tent...nothing works right. We did cook the turkey on Wed. at my father-in-laws. I'm spending Black Friday trying to ignore the commercials while my wife gets to deal with it as cashier at a store which pays her about as much as their name.
I imagine, like alot of other construction workers,I will be spending the Christmas season attempting to keep a lid on my 4-bad-Xmas's-in-a-row rage and refrain from paying a visit to those I made a profit. I will spend New Years Eve hoping none of these prime citizens I live among now will keep the 12 guage pointed UP and don't mistake my driveway for the road out of this aluminum eden. Don't get me wrong....not all trailer parks are like this one....in our old neighborhood we used to run anyone from this place OUT for proven and well known reasons. Now we're here........thanks Bush&cronies.....thanks a few megatons

In a far way land, much sunnier, drier and warmer than here..... If you've ever been to Scotland I'm sure you'll know what I mean.

Always fly south, every time.
